Movement is imperative.

For optimal physical and mental well-being, we have to have it.

In this modern world - our job requirements and distractions with technology can derail our efforts.  The added challenge of unhealthy food options and clever marketing adds another layer.  

We need to change our mindset.

I approach health holistically: nutritious food as fuel, movement as medicine, rest as recovery, and mindset as the foundation that holds everything together. My philosophy is simple—listen to your body, challenge yourself with intention, and create routines that feel sustainable and meaningful. When we prioritize well-being in this way, we don’t just improve how we look or perform; we elevate how we feel, how we show up, and how we thrive every day.

Meet Jon

20+ years of experience in fitness, health, and behavior-based coaching.

Jon brings more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with a wide range of clients and collaborating with exceptional colleagues. Through his extensive training and hands-on experience, he has developed effective, science-based strategies that help individuals reach their full potential. Whether supporting clients in physical training, nutrition, or the broader landscape of wellness, Jon excels at tapping into each person’s motivation and resilience to build sustainable, life-changing habits.

Jon began his career with humble roots as a Fitlinxx Instructor at the YMCA while earning his degree in Kinesiology from San José State University. He later joined Club One in the corporate fitness division at the newly launched eBay Fitness Center. His career progressed into management roles at several leading companies, including AMD, Marvell Semiconductor, Hitachi, Electronic Arts and Juniper Networks.

He holds the Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a Certified Health Coach through Wellcoaches. This combination allows him to integrate corrective exercise principles with behavior-change coaching, enabling clients to progress efficiently and safely.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys coaching his two sons in sports, camping, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
