Jon's approach

It's difficult to balance work, fitness, friends and family. We often get started with a fitness routine only to lose momentum after a couple weeks or months. Training will help you stay motivated and on track. I've found a way to strike a balance in my life by focusing on my top priorities (optimal fitness and happiness being a couple of them) and taking small steps daily to reach my goals. During each session I'll assess, instruct, monitor and motivate. My approach is to understand what motivates you and leverage that for long-term success.
